Apache Web Server and Tomcat Servlet Container

The Apache Web Server 2.0.48 and Tomcat Servlet Container 4.1.28 are included with Novell^® Nterprise^TM Linux Services (NNLS) 1.0. Both are installed by default and used by products such as eGuide, iManager, Novell iFolder^®, iPrint, and Virtual Office. Customized Apache modules and Tomcat Web applications are also installed for use by these products.

The build of Apache comes from the Apache Foundation Web site and was compiled using the Apache Worker Multi-Processing Module (MPM). For more information about MPMs, see Multi-Processing Modules on the Apache.org Web site.

The build of Tomcat came directly from the binary tarball on the jakarta.apache.org Web site.
