5.1 Viewing the Widget

  1. Create a widget by scheduling a meeting or Webinar.

    For information on how to schedule a meeting, see Section 1.4.1, Scheduling a Meeting.

  2. In the dashboard, click Scheduled Meetings.

  3. In the Upcoming Meetings dialog box, select the meeting that you have scheduled.

    The widget appears below the scheduled meeting. You can share the widget on any Web site.
