8.3 Allowing Attendees to Join the Meeting from the Waiting Area Lobby

The instructions in this section assume that the host has set up a waiting area lobby by switching on the Lobby field in the Update Preferences tab.

  1. Start the meeting.

    For information on how to start a meeting, see Section 1.4.5, Starting a Scheduled Meeting.

  2. Check the meeting console for notifications about attendees who want to join your meeting.

  3. Click Waiting.

  4. In the Waiting to Join dialog box, click the green button next to the attendee’s name to accept the attendee into the meeting, or click the red button to deny access to the attendee.
