Before beginning to use the audio and video capability in Novell Conferencing, make sure the following prerequisites are met:
A webcam and microphone are available for all participants who need audio and video capability.
The host has configured audio and video settings for the meeting. For more information, see Section 4.2, Configuring Your Audio and Video Settings.
Both the host and the attendees have allowed the A/V Broadcaster to gain access to the camera and microphone at the start of the meeting. For more information on the A/V Broadcaster, see Section 4.3, Managing the A/V Broadcaster.
All other recording applications are closed.
