In-place upgrade: Involves upgrading a previous version of Novell Small Business Suite software on an existing machine. This option supports upgrading the server software from these versions of Novell Small Business Suite:
Migration: Involves installing Novell Small Business Suite 6.6 software on a new computer and migrating previous versions of Small Business Suite data to this new server computer.
If you have these previous versions of software produced by Novell for Small Business, you need to install a target Novell Small Business Suite 6.6 premigration server and then migrate the data from these servers:
To migrate a Novell Small Business Suite 6.0 server, perform an in-place upgrade and then migrate it as a 6.6 server.
