Novell® ZENworks® OnDemand ServicesTM enables you to track the usage of applications. Usage tracking is required if you want to implement package pricing schemes that are based on the number of times the package is used or the number of minutes it is used. If you don't want to implement usage-based pricing schemes for your packages, usage information can still help you decide if you need to increase or decrease the resources (hardware, Help Desk personnel, etc.) supporting applications.
