C.3.1 oes-SPident Command Does Not Display the OES 2 SP3 Version

This issue occurs because of duplicate files. When you upgrade the servers to OES 2 SP3, the system contains both the old and new versions of the novell-ifolder-mono RPM.

To resolve this issue, delete the older version of the novell-ifolder-mono-2.4-0.13 RPM.

C.3.2 After Installing Bundles, the Status of ZLM Bundle Does Not Change to Install

If the iFolder service is running on the OES 2 SP2 server, the status of the bundles does not change to Installed.

To resolve this issue, execute the following command:

rug ref

The bundle status changes to Installed and a reboot is triggered.
