3.5 Joining a Scheduled Meeting

To join a meeting:

  1. Select the meeting you want to join.

  2. Click Join.

    You are brought into the meeting.

    If there is no host or moderator present in the meeting, a dialog appears, informing you that you need to wait for a host or moderator to join the meeting.

To join a meeting by Meeting ID or PIN:

  1. Select the Meetings > Join by Meeting ID or PIN menu item.

    The Join Meeting dialog appears.

  2. Type the Meeting ID or PIN number into the field in the Join Meeting dialog.

    Use the Meeting PIN to join meetings whenever possible so that the meeting server can identify you. You need to use the Meeting PIN to join any meeting where you plan to act as a moderator. For more information see Meeting PINs and Meeting IDs.

  3. Click OK.

    If there is no host or moderator present in the meeting, a dialog appears, informing you that you need to wait for a host or moderator to join the meeting.
