2.2 Finding What’s New

One key to effective and efficient teamwork is knowing what people are working on and what they are saying. Novell Teaming enables you to view the newest files and entries, wikis, discussions, and more. This enables you to quickly learn about the latest issues. You can also use Teaming as a way to keep track of what you’ve been working on.

Before you begin using Teaming What’s New functionality, you might want to view the short tutorial video, Finding What’s New. To display the video, follow this link, then click Finding What’s New.

2.2.1 Finding What’s New in a Workspace or Folder

To view newly created items in a specific workspace or folder:

  1. Navigate to the workspace or folder where you want to view the new postings.

  2. Clicks What’s New in the Workspace of Folder toolbar.

    Teaming displays the most recent entries.

2.2.2 Finding What’s New in Your Teams, Tracked Places, or Across the Entire Site

  1. Navigate to your personal workspace by clicking My Workspace in the Navigation toolbar.

  2. Click the What’s New tab in the home page of your personal workspace.

  3. Select My Teams, Tracked Places, or Site Wide.

    In the left column of the page, Teaming displays the most recent entries.
