Because Windows* 2000 Professional represents the most modern and widely deployed desktop operating system, and because of its inherent management complexities, the ZENworks Lab Guide primarily addresses management for this platform.
This short section of the Lab Guide outlines the basic setup steps for creating a Windows 2000 Professional workstation and installing the Novell® ClientTM with the correct ZENworks for Desktops management agents. Although there are automated methods for deploying the Novell Client, they are not covered in this section.
