After installing ZfD 3.2 in an existing ZfD setup, Mouse, Serial Port, and Parallel Port data of a workstation in an Oracle database are not correctly reported

Explanation:  While deploying Workstation Inventory, a top-down approach has not been followed.

For example, you may have installed Inventory on the lowermost-level server (such as the Leaf Server), and then on the topmost-level server (Root Server). Then the Inventory Upgrade Service updates the database and, if required, corrects the anomalies in the database at the Leaf Server. However, at the Root Server, the old scan data of these workstations will exist along with the new data.

Action:  At the higher-level servers, query the database for all workstations which do not have the Inventory attributes (Mouse, Serial Port, and Parallel Port). Trigger a full scan for these workstations.
