8.0 Troubleshooting Policy and Distribution Services

The following section explains the scenarios that you might encounter while using the Novell® ZENworks® 7 Server Management's Policy and Distribution Services:

In Novell iManager, the ZENworks Licensing snapshot might display Evaluation Copy even if the product is licensed

Action: Perform the following steps:

  1. On the device where iManager is installed, delete the LicenseNag_jsp.class from the following path:

    <Tomcat_installation_directory>\work\Catalina\localhost\nps\org\apache\jsp\portal\modules\zfs\skins\default_\devices\default_

  2. Open iManager and click ZENworks Server Management > ZENworks Licensing.

    The ZENworks Licensing snapshot does not display Evaluation Copy.
