Possible Cause:
The NetWare server is down.
Action:
Ensure that the NetWare server is up.
Possible Cause:
There is an SNMP community name mismatch with the community name of the server.
Action:
Check the community string of SNMP for READ and WRITE access in the target NetWare workstation and make sure that it matches with the community name of that server in the Site Server's database.
Unable to see only NetWare Server traps in the Trap Configuration window
Severity:

Possible Cause:
Nwtrpagt.nlm might not be loaded on the server where you are viewing the Trap Configuration.
Action:
Ensure that nwtrpagt.nlm is loaded on the NetWare server.
Possible Cause:
The NetWare Server Alarm MIBs is not compiled on the server.
Action:
Compile nwtrpcfg.mib on the server before opening the Trap Configuration window.
Unable to see only Novell Directory Services traps in the Trap Configuration window

Action:

Compile dstrpcfg.mib on the server before opening the Trap Configuration window.
