I do not see any objects when I click on ZENworks Server Management sites in ConsoleOne

I do not see the Atlas when I click the site server object

Possible Cause:
The ConsoleOne snap-ins and the site server have different ZENworks Server Management versions.
Action:
Perform the following tasks:

Ensure that the ConsoleOne snap-ins and the site server are using the same ZENworks Server Management version. The ZENworks for Servers 3.x snap-ins do not work with ZENworks 7 Server Management site server, and vice versa.

Install the latest ZENworks Server Management version of the snap-ins on the console and the latest version of the site server on the server and restart the processes.
Possible Cause:
The site server processes are not running on the server.
Action:
Restart the ZENworks Server Management processes on the server. Wait for about 5-6 minutes and launch ConsoleOne again. If the problem persists, contact Novell Support.
I do not see any segment under my page

Action:
Select Atlas and refresh the view.
