Source:  ZENworks for Servers; Server Inventory installation on NetWare or Windows NT/2000 servers

Severity:  Critical

Action:  Ensure that ConsoleOne version 1.3.3 is installed on the target server. See Installing ConsoleOne 1.3.3 from the ZENworks for Servers Companion CD .

Action:  If you are installing to a NetWare cluster server, ensure that all the nodes on the cluster server are configured properly.

Possible Cause:  The directory where you want to copy the Inventory Agent files is locked by some other process.

Action:  Unlock the directory and reinstall the Inventory ConsoleOne components. See Reinstalling Server Inventory on NetWare and Windows Servers .

Action:  Check for any error codes in the error log file and look for the detailed explanation for that error code.
