Severity: Critical

Possible Cause: The ZfS 3 Remote Management service is not responding to the Service Control Manager within the stipulated time.

Action: Follow these steps:

Stop the ZfS 3 Remote Management service.
- On a Windows NT managed server, from the Control Panel, double-click Services > select Novell ZFS Remote Management Agent > click Stop.
- On a Windows 2000 managed server, from the Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools > double-click Services > select Novell ZFS Remote Management Agent > click Stop.

Reinstall ZfS 3 Remote Management. See Installing Remote Management .
