Novell Names Stephen Jackson To Head Technical Support In Asia Pacific
Orem, UTAH -- July 24, 1995 -- Novell, Inc. today announced the
appointment of Stephen Jackson as director of Asia Pacific Support, the
Novell group that provides technical support on all Novell products to
customers in this region. Jackson joins Novell from Wang Australia,
where earlier this year he was a key member of the executive team
responsible for the merger of Wang and Bull Information Systems.
Jackson headed up Wang's Professional Services Organization and MIS
Group.

international management experience to assist Novell in fulfilling its
commitment to excellence in providing technical support to our customers
throughout Asia Pacific," said Bob Clark, director of international support
for Novell Technical Services. "Jackson's experience with Asian markets
at the senior management and technical levels will greatly benefit our
customers as Novell brings together its applications and systems support
operations in this region."

In this new Novell position, Jackson will report directly to Clark
and is responsible to ensure customer satisfaction, build synergies and
efficiencies between Novell's Asia Pacific support centers, help drive
business decisions for technical support in Asia Pacific, and contribute
to a broader global management team. The vision of a worldwide support
infrastructure can now be realized by combining Novell's leading edge
technologies and fundamental customer focus. Jackson is based at
Novell's regional headquarters in Sydney and will travel extensively
throughout the region.
