Each character represents the challenges of different features of information access partners such as remote access, reliability, sharing information and networking--all of which are met by the features of LAN WorkPlace 5. After reviewing each screen, participants are asked to take a quiz to test their new knowledge of LAN WorkPlace 5, after which they are automatically entered into a semi-monthly contest to win a T-shirt, and into the grand prize drawing to win an IBM ThinkPad Butterfly.
