Novell Equips Channel Partners with Free Product Library
New CD-ROMs Provide Current Products for Partner Demos OREM, Utah -- March 26, 1996 -- Responding to requests from its channel partners, Novell, Inc. today announced it has begun shipping the first comprehensive CD library that provides one-stop, instant access to current versions of Novell's most popular products for demonstration purposes. The CD-ROM library, called Novell Software Connection#, is available immediately at no charge to Novell Platinum and Gold partners, distributors, consulting groups and OEM partners worldwide. More than 15,000 copies of the library are being shipped to Novell partners this week. Novell Software Connection ensures that these sales partners have current product releases enabling them to demonstrate the latest versions of Novell products to their customers. The products included in the Novell Software Connection have a retail value of $20,000 and are intended for internal business use, product demonstrations and training purposes. Future releases of the Novell Software Connection will be shipped approximately once every quarter and will also include beta versions of new Novell products.
