SAN JOSE, Calif., -- June 25 -- Novell Inc. has today
announced the formation of an Operating Board to manage operations in
Novell Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
The board members consist of three current regional vice presidents:
Jocelyne Attal, Roland Richter and Willy Soehngen. The board is
responsible for all sales and marketing operations and coordination of
Novell support functions within EMEA.
Ian Fraser, who was appointed vice president, EMEA, in September
1994, has now completed his assignment in Europe and is currently
considering new opportunities within Novell USA.
Joe Marengi, Executive vice president, worldwide sales, said, "I have
great confidence in the talents and abilities of the new Operating Board
and the Novell EMEA team as a whole. I am sure they will continue the
success that Novell EMEA has achieved. They all have many years of
proven experience in the IT industry in general and Novell in particular.
