Management Tool Helps GroupWise Administrators Maximize E-mail Performance & Reliability

AlertWare continuously monitors all domains, gateways and post offices in the GroupWise environment and delivers in-depth information about, and detailed technical support for, all GroupWise 4.x and GroupWise 5 systems. Early notification of potential E-mail interruptions allow administrators to be proactive in their network management responsibilities.

Companies with local and remote users working from multiple locations will be able to leverage the power of integrated administration with AlertWare and GroupWise. By using a central location to monitor all GroupWise components, administrators can resolve any difficulties with disrupted E-mail service before it affects users. AlertWare will ship on September 16th. AlertWares base price is $695 which includes the Administrator, Console, Monitor and Notifier modules and the ability to monitor two GroupWise post offices or gateways.
