Novell Presents First Support Connection Awards for Service Excellence

Eighteen Top Novell Partners Honored for Outstanding Achievements in Customer Service

The Support Connection Service Excellence Award recognizes Novell partners who have made service excellence an integral part of their business by repeatedly delivering value to their customers.
