Novell Honors 26 Partners for Technical Support Excellence

Company Presents 2nd Annual Support Connection Service Excellence Awards

The winners were chosen from more than 3,000 Novell support partners in the United States and Canada.

According to Michael Lyons, vice president of Novell's Americas Support, the awards recognize Novell partners who have demonstrated continuing excellence providing technical support to Novell customers. The recipients were evaluated on customer satisfaction, achievement in commitment to supporting Novell products, and commitment to educating and training support staff.
