Novell Career Builder Loan Program Kick Starts IT Careers

Online application and direct disbursement speeds up process for IT students

Novell, Inc., the world's leading provider of directory-enabled networking software and services, today announced that Information Technology (IT) students can apply via the Internet for competitive-interest loans of up to $15,000 from the Novell® Career Builder Loan Program. The online application gives students same-day final credit decisions and immediate direct disbursement of funds. Novell Career Builder is a program designed to make technology education more accessible and affordable to anyone interested in an IT career. The program offers new students, professionals changing careers, or IT personnel seeking higher education the opportunity to pursue IT certification with financial assistance through Novell. Because of the rapidly growing technology industry, the Novell Career Builder Loan Program was designed to help address the increasing demand for employees with computer networking skills.

WHAT
The Novell Career Builder Loan Program offers students up to $15,000 to pay IT training and certification expenses, thus helping them invest in a Novell education that will pay dividends for years to come. With no application fee, students can apply online and receive same-day approval and funds disbursement to the Novell-authorized training center of choice.

  • Students and professionals may use this student loan program to finance Novell training and certification or as a line of credit to cover future Novell courses.
  • Students have up to two years to repay the loan at a low interest rate.
  • Loans can be used through Novell Authorized Education CentersSM (NAECSM) and Novell Education Academic PartnersSM (NEAPSM) for any training programs and products offered by those centers.
  • Novell Career Builder is operated in conjunction with Associates Capital Bank and is administered by Career College Loan Company.
