Novell Puts Product Information at Customers' Fingertips with Three Additions to the LogicSource Library Novell LogicSource for ZENworks, GroupWise and ManageWise Delivers Support for Internet Directory and Networking Solutions Who:Novell, Inc., the world's leading provider of directory-enabled networking software and services. What: Novell today [Sept. 29, 1999] announced the worldwide availability of LogicSource™ for ZENworks™, LogicSource for GroupWise® and LogicSource for ManageWise®, comprehensive information resources designed to save customers time and money by giving them immediate access to information for which they may have needed to contact Novell in the past. LogicSource helps customers manage and support Novell Internet and directory-enabled solutions with in-depth information unique to Novell products. The LogicSource Library is designed to help customers manage and support Novell solutions in NetWare® environments and has instructions for setting up network services, information on tools and utilities for optimizing the network and its applications, and other resources including troubleshooting information. LogicSource gives detailed explanations of concepts, processes and operations in many Novell solutions. It includes descriptions of common error codes, why they occur and how to resolve them. It also has information on integrating with Novell Directory Services® (NDS®), other Novell solutions and third-party products when applicable. In addition to improving productivity, each edition of LogicSource is a valuable training resource for advanced IS support professionals who manage and support Novell networking solutions.
