Provo, UT Feb. 1, 2001 Novell announced today a new sales promotion to benefit channel partners, allowing them to sell
Novell's award winning Premium Service agreements to enhance
their own on-site support to customers. Beginning Feb. 1 and
running through Oct. 31, PartnerNet 2001 partners selling
Premium 100-700 Service agreements from Novell Technical
Services will receive a one-time 15% rebate for all new and
upgraded agreements. This rebate is in addition to revenue
currently paid through distributors to the channel partners for such
sales.
As an enhancement to its recently launched PartnerNet 2001
program, this promotion is geared to complement a channel
partner's own internal support team. With the growing complexity
of transitioning to eBusiness many partners see the need to
supplement the services they provide with those offered by Novell
Technical Services. This combination provides channel partners
the opportunity to offer their customers the highest level of on-site,
Web-based, and phone support available. Channel partners
enhance their relationships with customers by enabling them to
obtain 7x24x365 support, guaranteed response times, along with
increased personalization, training and self-help options.
