Three Specialized Support Offerings
The three new offerings for Net Solutions Support include Solution Support Lead, Net Solutions Manager, Solutions Support Team which offer customer customized levels of support in, among others, the following areas:
- Pre-implementation support
- Transition management from consulting to support
- 24x7 customer access during and after implementation
- Direct access to engineering support
- Personalized technical support
- Ongoing proactive analysis
Current Novell Premium Service Customers
For those customers who may not have had a consulting implementation and have purchased DirXML or iChain, Net Solutions Support may be purchased separately. For current Premium Service customers, special conditions apply for support from Novell on these products.
Novell Channel Partners will be compensated with 5 percent off the retail price with VLA and CLA customers receiving a 5 percent discount off of the retail price.
