Novell Offers Net Solutions Support For DirXML and iChain
PROVO, Utah — May 18, 2001 — Novell, Inc., the leading provider of Net services software, announces the immediate availability of Net Solutions Support. Designed with customer input, Net Solutions Support is the ongoing support offering for those customers who purchase Net services software solutions involving DirXML and iChain. In a market environment of increasing systems complexity, Net Solutions Support provides customers both large and small with the assurance that their Net services solution receives the highest level of personalized and custom support available. Net Solutions Support will play a vital role in the development and deployment of Net services as delivered by Novell Consulting and Novell partners. Net Solutions Support will be included as part of the Statements of Work for DirXML and iChain deployments, as well as other future Net services software.
Three Specialized Support Offerings
The three new offerings for Net Solutions Support include Solution Support Lead, Net Solutions Manager, Solutions Support Team which offer customer customized levels of support in, among others, the following areas:
For those customers who may not have had a consulting implementation and have purchased DirXML or iChain, Net Solutions Support may be purchased separately. For current Premium Service customers, special conditions apply for support from Novell on these products.
Novell Channel Partners will be compensated with 5 percent off the retail price with VLA and CLA customers receiving a 5 percent discount off of the retail price.
