The SUSE USA offices will be closed from Saturday 12/21/02 through Wedensday 1/1/03. We will resume normal business hours (M-F 9AM-5PM PST) on Thursday 1/2/03.

The free Installation Technical Support phone line for SUSE Linux Personal and Professional will be open normal hours (M-F 6AM - 3PM PST) with the exception of:

• Wednesday 12/25/02
• Thursday 12/26/02
• Wednesday 01/01/03

All customers who currently have Support Contracts for our Business Products will still be able to receive support as per their contract stipulations.

We are looking forward to the holiday break, and hope you all enjoy the holiday celebrations as well.
