PROVO, Utah - April 25, 2003 - Technical support is a critical component for ensuring customers get the most from their technology investments. In recognition of the vital role of partners, Novell has named 11 business partners as recipients of the 2003 Novell Service Excellence Awards. Honored at BrainShare 2003 in Salt Lake City, the winners were chosen from among Novell's Platinum-level partners in the United States and Canada. Partners were evaluated on their expertise on Novell solutions, the training of their engineers, the quality and speed of their support for customers, and their commitment to selling and supporting Novell solutions.
