| Novell Executive to Deliver Keynote Address on Secure Web Services at Strictly Business Technology Expo | ||||

PROVO, Utah — May 12, 2003 — In an effort to help organizations leverage Information Technology to reduce costs and create new business opportunities, Brendan McLaughlin, VP for Portals, Access and Security at Novell, will deliver a keynote address on the topic of Secure Web f on May 15th at 11 a.m. CDT as part of the Strictly Business Technology Expo May 14-15 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. McLaughlin, a consultant with more than 15 years helping clients achieve business value from emerging technologies, will discuss emerging trends in Secure Identity Management and Web services, the growing convergence of these technologies and real-world examples of organizations that have benefited from these solutions. "To date, Web services technologies have gained significant traction as a way for companies to maximize the value of their existing systems and create new opportunities," McLaughlin said.
