If your system administrator has turned on LDAP authentication, your LDAP password is used to access your Mailbox instead of a GroupWise password. With LDAP authentication, you are required to have a password and you cannot remove your password. To change your LDAP password, contact your system administrator.
Your password is for your GroupWise Mailbox. That means that you always use the same password to log in to your Mailbox regardless of how you are accessing.
If you want to change your password, you must use the GroupWise Windows client or GroupWise WebAccess in a desktop browser. You cannot use GroupWise WebAccess in a tablet browser to change your password.
