iManager includes the Plug-In Studio, which allows administrators to easily create iManager plug-ins from within iManager, usually without writing any code. You can use the Plug-In Studio to create the following types of eDirectory management plug-ins:
Property book pages
Tasks that create eDirectory objects
Tasks that delete eDirectory objects
Tasks that modify existing eDirectory objects
If you need to create a plug-in with capabilities that the Plug-In Studio cannot create, you can use the Plug-In Studio to quickly create a basic plug-in that you can customize for your needs. For more information, see Customizing Plug-Ins Created with the Plug-In Studio.
