The Structural Rebuild option of Mailbox/Library Maintenance rebuilds the structure of a user or resource database (userxxx.db) and reclaims any free space. The contents of the user/resource database are not recovered when you run the structural rebuild. If you need to recover database contents as well as structure, see Re-creating a User/Resource Database.
To rebuild a user database:
In the GroupWise Admin console, browse to and click the name of the user or resource whose database needs to be rebuilt.
From thes drop-down list, select .
Using the tabs at the bottom of the Mailbox/Library Maintenance dialog box, set the following options:
