15.3 Configuring a Proxy for Zoom Scheduling

If required, you can use proxies in GroupWise to schedule Zoom meetings by enabling scheduling privileges in Zoom settings. This feature enables other users to schedule meetings on your behalf, so long as the following conditions exist:

  • You and the other users have Zoom accounts

  • You configure the aforementioned privileges for them in Zoom

  • The GroupWise Connection for Zoom is enabled for both you and the other users

In like manner, other GroupWise users with Zoom accounts can configure the same privileges for you, so you can schedule Zoom meetings on their behalf. If one or more users have given you these permissions, you will see their names displayed in the Schedule Privilege section of Zoom > Settings when logged in to your Zoom account.
