In Firefox, click Firefox > Options > Options.
Select Applications, and then search for Web Feed.

(Optional) Select whether you want to download the entire page with each item. This displays the entire feed instead of a summary of the feed, but requires more disk space.
(Optional) Select whether you want to trust HTML external images from the feed. If you select this, it displays all the images in the feed, which could be a security issue.
Click OK.
