To create an Organizational Role object

1. Right-click the container you want to create the Organizational Role object in click New Object.
2. Under Class, select Organizational Role click OK.
3. In Name, enter a name up to 64 characters long. For example: PasswordMgr. Make sure you follow the guidelines in About Naming NDS Objects.
4. Select the Define Additional Properties check box click OK.
5. On the Identification property page, click the browse button next to the Occupant field select a user to occupy the new Organizational Role click OK. Repeat this step if you want to assign more than one occupant.
6. In the Properties dialog box, click OK.

Occupants are automatically security equivalent to the Organizational Role object, so make sure you grant rights to the Organizational Role accordingly.
