An NDS* object is sometimes called an NDS entry, since it is an entry in the NDS database. In general, rights to an NDS entry grant the ability to work with the object as a whole, without regard to its individual properties. Supervisor is an exception to this.
Supervisor
Grants all rights to the object and its properties.
Browse
Grants the ability to see the object in the NDS tree. The name of the object is returned when a search is made that matches the object.
Create
Grants the ability to create objects in the container and its subcontainers. This right is available only on container objects.
Rename
Grants the ability to change the official name of the object.
Delete
Grants the ability to delete the object and its subordinates from the NDS tree.
Inheritable
Specifies whether the rights assignment is inherited by the trustee to subordinate objects. This option is available only on container objects.
For compatibility with previous versions of NDS, this option is selected by default for entry rights and all properties rights, and is not selected by default for specific property rights.
