Troubleshooting Checkpoints

To isolate and resolve problems with NetWare Link/ATM, complete the following steps:

  1. Load ATMCON to verify that the interface is active and connections are present.

  2. Load ATMCON to verify that the configuration parameters are listed in the Connection Information window.

  3. Load ATMCON to verify that data is being sent and received over the virtual connection.

  4. Use MONITOR to verify that the adapter board is sending and receiving data packets.
