A.0 Server Console Conditional Commands

This section contains conditional commands that can be used at the System Console prompt. Command syntax and usage examples are shown for each command.

These commands can be used in .ncf files for performing conditional checks at a basic scripting level.

Practical uses for these commands could be to prevent a Cluster Resource script from completing when an NLM™ program is not loaded. Delaying the script causes the resource load time to time out, which then fails the resource over to a different node. This example could cause a continuous failover.

These commands are normally hidden; if you need help, set the variable to unhide the console command using Novell® Remote Manager.
