This all-in-one support solution enables Customers to easily monitor and resolve service and support issues, allowing them to focus on core business activities. The user-friendly interface offers an easy-to-use Knowledge Base and Request tracking system.
As a Customer, the Portal provides access to:
Request logging and management capability
Self Help tools including Knowledge Base Articles, FAQs, Hot Topics and if enabled, Forums and Surveys
Lists of Services provided by the support organization
Lists and details of Items owned.
When using the Portal, note that the information presented is tailored to the Services and Items owned by the logged in Customer.
