The Novell implementation of IBM WebSphere combines a complete portable, Java-based Web application server solution together with the industry's strongest network platform. The Novell architecture also includes Oracle 8i and NetWare Enterprise Web Server, with additional add-ons such as Novell BorderManager, SQL Integrator, and Host Integration Solution.
NDS® combined with WebSphere provides a single point of management for application deployment and affords interoperability with other NDS and LDAP-enabled Web applications. Novell® supports WebSphere as an Open Application Server model that leverages the best tools and services available for Web development.
