A.15 ZENworks Explorer Configuration Policy Errors

Policy enforcement fails after the managed devices are upgraded to ZENworks 2020

Explanation: The ZENworks Explorer Configuration Policy that was already assigned to managed devices that are on ZENworks 17.4 or a prior release version, fails to enforce on the managed devices after these devices are upgraded to the 2020 release version. The error message The action launcher configuration policy (ID:launcher configuration policy) failed due to the reason: partiallyFailedToEnforcePolicy, however the action is set to continue on failure is displayed in the message logs.
Action: Modify or re-publish the existing policy. [This issue is fixed in the 2020 Update 1 Release].
