The Licensed Products page enables you to create new licensed products and manage existing ones.
The icon displayed for a normal licensed product and the icon displayed for a licensed product of a license information source, enables you to differentiate these two types of products.
The following information is provided for each licensed product included in the list:
Name: Name of the licensed product.
Status: The compliance status of the licensed product:
Properly licensed
Over licensed (more licenses than installations)
Under licensed (more installations than licenses)
Click the status to view detailed compliance status information.
Discovered Products: A check mark indicates that one or more discovered products have been associated with (or reconciled to) the licensed product through an entitlement.
Catalog Products: A check mark indicates that one or more catalog products have been associated with (or reconciled to) the licensed product through an entitlement.
License Quantity: The number of licenses associated with the licensed product through entitlements. Click the quantity number to manage (view, add, or remove) the product’s entitlements.
Allocated Quantity: Shows the total allocated quantity. Click the quantity number to show the License Allocations page, which lists the license allocations by demographic and by device.
