After you have defined and designed the folder view, you need to enable it to be viewed by those that will use the folder.
You can enable the folder view to be the default folder view for a folder, or to be an alternate folder view.
Before you can set a view as the default folder view, you need to enable that view.
Navigate to the folder where you want to change the default view to the custom view that you created.
In the Folder toolbar, click
> .The Configure Default Settings page is displayed.
In the
section, select the custom view that you created.Click

Navigate to the folder where you want to set the custom folder view as an alternate view.

section, select the custom folder view that you created.Click
> .Now, users who want to view the folder in the alternate view can click
in the section in the main sidebar, then select the custom folder view.
