8.5 Managing iFolder Shared Members
The iFolder Members page lists all the shared members for the current iFolder. You can add new shared members to it, remove the existing ones, and set rights to the selected members.
Within an iFolder, you can perform the following tasks:
8.5.1 Adding New Shared Members
To add new members to the shared members list,

Click to open a list of members in the current iFolder domain.

Locate the user by using the Search tool.
Use the search criteria (User Name, First Name, Last Name), then type one or more letters in the Search field to locate the desired user.

Click next to the user you want to add to the shared members list.

8.5.2 Assigning Rights to the Members
You can set three levels of access right for the shared members of your iFolder. For more information on access rights, see Section 1.4.2, iFolder Access Rights
To set an access right for an user:

Select the user/group or users/groups from the list.

Click the link for the access right listed at the top.
In the page, you can view the access right set for each user.
