Test connection fails in Filr

Test Connection fails and gives an error message even though server path, proxy name, and password are correct
Selecting Test Connection on a Net Folder Server reports "A network error occurred testing the connection"
Selecting Test Connection on a Net Folders reports "A network error occurred testing the connection"

1. Log into Filr URL https://FilrURL:9443/vaconfig
2. Select System Services
3. Select Novell-FAMT and click Action > Start
   

Novell-FAMT is not running, and may have gone down from lack of memory or disk space.

Troubleshooting Steps
Check disk space on the Filr console with df -h

Increase memory to a minimum of 12GB and java heap to 6g if running a small deployment.
