Situation

How to import external contacts from csv into GroupWise System Address Book?

Resolution

At the time of writing this TID, it is not possible to import external contacts from a file into the GroupWise System Address Book for all the users in the system to access. This may be a feature in GroupWise 2014; however, it is currently possible to import external contacts from various file types into a Novell Personal Address Book using the GroupWise Client.
