The Watchdog service must be running on each terminal server that will participate in load balancing.
Click the Start menu > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
Double-click Novell DeWatch Balancing Service.
In the Startup Type field, select Automatic.
Click Start to immediately start the service.
Click OK.
