To create a Group object

1. Right-click the container you want to create the Group object in click New Group.
2. In Name, enter a name up to 64 characters long. For example: PrinterUsers. Make sure you follow the guidelines in About Naming NDS Objects.
3. If you want to assign additional property values as part of the creation process for this Group object, select Define Additional Properties. For example, you might want to assign members to the group.
4. Click OK.

Group members are automatically security equivalent to the group, so make sure you grant rights to the group accordingly. Group membership can also be used in the conditional logic of login scripts.
