Public Forums allow Customers of the support service to read the posts of informal online discussions between Customers and Users. Forum visitors can capitalize on the broad knowledge of the customer and user community, when they are researching issues and trying to resolve support issues.
To view Forum posts:
At
the Login page select the View Forums hyperlink
A list of active forums is displayed.
Click on the Forum Topic link
Drill
into post details by selecting the Topic Title link.
Use to return
to the Topics list. Within the Topics list, use
to return to the Forum list.
To
view Most Active or Recently Updated forums, click a Topic link in
either list displayed under the Services Menu list options.
